Instructor Tips- The Huddle

The “Rules of Three” for huddle discussions reminds instructors about the most important things about this process to be successful.  In this case:
  1. Be animated to hold your students’ interest (“I need to remember to be enthusiastic”).
  2. Encourage participation (“I have to remember to keep them involved”).
  3. Be brief but thorough, longer isn’t better (“I need to remember to not talk too long”)
The “Rules of Three” allows any training instructor to very quickly develop confidence in front of their class, by quickly identifying the most important points to ensure their success.
